Switch to a Healthier Life

⇒   Always use cow milk and ghee.
⇒  Regularly consume green salads, vegetables and fruits.
⇒  Have atleast 2-3 seasonal fruits per day.
⇒  Avoid consumption of restaurant food and junk food.
⇒  Keep a gap of an hour to drink water before and after meals.
